Overview of New Testament Fellowship Who Are We? NTF is a network of Christian churches, ministries, and leaders. What Do We Do? NTF fulfills its mission by providing structures to promote fellowship, mutual accountability, educational and training initiatives, and publications and media endeavors to encourage the networks of churches to pursue their objectives of evangelism, mission, discipleship and nurture. In addition, NTF endeavors to provide a household of faith and healing from which to pass God’s truth to succeeding generations. Legal Standing NTF is a 501c3 non profit corporation. It is also incorporated under the Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation law of 1988, 15 PA. C.S.A & 5101, et seq. Government Corporation Officers President – E. Daniel Martin Assistant Chairman – Don Lamb Don Hess Vard Gainor Allan Chambers Board of Directors The Board is composed of one (1) representative from each ministry relating to NTF and operating under the covering of NTF, who is willing to serve. Operation of Government The Executive Committee handles day-to-day operations of NTF, and meets at an frequency to effectively serve NTF. The Board, including the Executive Committee, convenes for an Annual Meeting, and at others times during the year as needed, to make recommendations for the guidance and direction of NTF.
